A hospital that cares for every patient.
What We Did for Navamin 9 Hospital?
Not a corporate film. A conversation with the community.
For Nawamin 9 Hospital’s 15th anniversary, we skipped the standard playbook — no glossy stats, no slow-motion pans, no swelling music. Instead, we asked a simpler question: What does this hospital mean to the people who’ve lived beside it for 15 years?
We chose voices over visuals. Stories over slogans.
And in doing so, we found something far more powerful than a “corporate film”: A quiet, honest portrait of connection — told by those who’ve felt it all along.
Every answer felt honest.
No script. No spin. Just people, speaking from the heart. So we turned them into bite-sized cuts — short, honest pieces made for Online sharing.
What does your dream hospital look like — when you finally get to choose?
Every year, during Thailand’s Social Security hospital selection period, people get a rare opportunity — to choose where they want to be cared for.
Instead of starting with a message, we started with a question:
“What does your dream hospital look like?”
From field interviews and on-ground research, we uncovered quiet frustrations that often go unspoken:
“Doctors don’t have time.”
“Parking is hard.”
“I didn’t choose this hospital — my employer did.”
But beneath those complaints, we found something more human:
Everyone carries a vision of what good care should feel like.
So we turned those insights into a short film — one that invites people to imagine the care they deserve. And then, we showed them how Nawamin 9 is working to deliver just that: More parking. More time with doctors. 130+ partner clinics. And a patient journey built around real needs.
