The initial brief from the Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group was straightforward: a standard event recording (VDO Record) for the Wellbeing in Workplace Summit. However, the OUJIA CREATIVE HOUSE team saw hidden potential. The insights and visions shared at this summit possessed immense value—far too precious to be left as just another memory archive inside a hard drive.

 

We decided to boldly “re-engineer the brief.” Elevating our role from a mere production crew to a Strategic Partner, we meticulously selected, structured, and scripted the massive amount of footage from scratch. The result was a Visionary Corporate Video crafted to speak directly to HR teams and C-suite executives, reminding them that “employee wellbeing is the true cornerstone of business success.”

 

Creative & Storytelling Strategy

 

We transformed dense medical and technical data into compelling, digestible content. The narrative highlights the Digital Health Ecosystem, a preventative healthcare innovation co-developed by the Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group and the world-renowned Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) under the “Let’s Get Healthy” project. The core insights are unpacked through three vital perspectives:

  • The Data-Driven Solution: An overview of the 9 smart modules tracking employee behaviors—eating, sleeping, and exercising—analyzed to tailor health programs that “fit” the specific context of each organization perfectly.

  • The “Tailored Suit” Metaphor: Capturing the profound philosophy of the preventative medicine specialist leading the project, who beautifully noted: “A good healthcare plan is like a tailored suit; it must be custom-made to fit the unique lifestyle of an individual or an organization.” This powerful metaphor provides an instant, vivid conceptualization.

  • The Business Impact: Reinforcing the corporate vision through the insights of the Chief HR Officer of the Phyathai Hospital Group, who emphasized: “When employees are happy and healthy, their productivity and the organization’s bottom line naturally thrive and grow sustainably.”
